Step 1: Launch the Microsoft Mail and Calendar application


Step 2: Using the menu on the left hand side, Click on Accounts


Step 3: Under Manage accounts click "Add Account"


Step 4: Click on "Other Account: POP, IMAP"


Step 5: Input your email address, full name and password.

Step 6: Click Sign in


Step 7: Done - Your email account has been correctly configured.
